I mentioned that scene from The Shining over at my blog, we talking about 25 movies with evil little kids in them! That scene from The Shining was mentioned because its preceded by the appearance of the two ghost twins.
I heard Kubrick was standing right there above the camara as that scene was being shot.
Sure is! I really enjoyed it, but man, is it so out there. There is some fantastic imagery in that film and some of the themes are very interesting too.
